    Cancellation penalties
  • For written cancellations up to 15 days before arrival the deposit can be reused in a next stay at our facilities
  • For cancellations from 7 days to the day of arrival the deposit cannot be reused and will be retained as a penalty
  • No refund will be made in case of early departure with interruption of the stay, for remaining and unused days.
